Selected filters
Showing visitors what they've narrowed to, and letting them undo it one choice at a time.
In short
Selected lists the choices a visitor currently has applied. Each one can carry a close icon, so a single choice can be dropped without clearing everything. Its Settings tab holds one switch - Show Close Icon - and everything about how it looks comes from the Design tab, which is complete enough to make the same control read as tidy chips or as plain text.
Why it matters
Someone who has picked three or four things across different filters has no easy way of remembering all of it, and a filter panel scrolled out of view tells them nothing. Selected puts those choices back in front of them, next to the results they produced.
The undoing matters as much as the showing. Without it, a visitor who wants to drop one colour has to find that filter again and untick it; with it, the choice is right there and one click removes it. That's the difference between narrowing a search and starting over - and starting over is what people do instead when it's easier.
Show Close Icon
The Settings tab holds a single switch. On, every selected item carries its own close icon, and clicking it removes just that choice. Off, the list still shows what's applied but there's nothing to click - it becomes a summary rather than a control.

Tip
Leave the close icon on unless you have a reason not to. A visitor removing one choice at a time keeps filtering; a visitor who has to hunt through the panel to undo something often resets everything instead, and you lose everything they'd told you.
Making it look how you want
There's no setting for shape or style, because the Design tab covers it. It's the full set of groups - Layout, Text, Sizing, Spacing, Background, Border and Box Shadow - so the same control can be rounded chips with a border and a background, or a plain line of text with nothing around it. That choice is yours to make rather than one of a few presets.
Some of the Design groups split what they apply to. Outer Wrapper is the block holding the whole list; Item is each individual choice inside it. Where a group offers both, spacing set on the wrapper separates the list from what's around it, while spacing set on an item separates the choices from each other. Some groups also offer Default and Hover, so an item can change appearance as the cursor passes over it - worth using when the close icon is on, since it tells people the thing is clickable.

Note
Not every Design group splits into Outer Wrapper and Item, and not every one offers Hover. Where the targets aren't shown, the group applies to the control as a whole.
Where to put it
Selected goes in any of the four positions, on its own or beside other controls - see layout controls. Above the results it reads as a summary of what's being shown; next to the filter it reads as part of the filter.
